that unlocked her secrets ,
she could not keep the key free
untrustworthy people lurked around,
they solicited the outer edge
of her secrets and wanted to look in
and gather the knowledge
she held deep within ,
she swallowed the key
and could still breathe easily ,
when she died
the key was released
and she was truly free
